Abstract

The relevance of the topic. New methodological approaches to the study of digital transformation focus on a deeper understanding of how digital technologies influence the structure, culture and functioning of multi-level business systems and society as a whole. This allows us to take into account not only quantitative but also qualitative aspects, such as changes in business processes, organizational culture and business strategies. Goal. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the digital transformation of business systems. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was made up of general scientific knowledge methods, as well as publications by domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the problems of digital transformation of business systems. Results and conclusions. The proposed methodological approach to assessing the digital transformation of business systems is an important tool for a comprehensive understanding of the impact of digital technologies on the economic activity of business systems, since it allows one to go beyond traditional economic indicators and metrics, takes into account the qualitative aspects of changes occurring as a result of digital transformation, and helps to identify measures to improve the adaptation of companies to new conditions. The scope of application. Improving methodological approaches to assessing digital transformation in multi-level business systems.
