Therefore, most of the commercial and financial organizations and banks rarely make investments in research and innovation. In addition to the budgetary sources of financing to support innovative projects carry out venture capital and special funds, as well as private investors. But to get from these sources of funds for the implementation of the innovative project, it is necessary to show its investment appeal.
