Подходы к формированию организационной структуры органов местного самоуправления: региональный аспект

Abstract

The efficiency of administration of municipal formation depends largely on its organizational structure. The purpose of this article to consider ways of improving the organizational activities of the administrations of urban settlements. Objectives: to consider the principles of formation of organizational structure of local governments; to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the management structure of the Administration of Buturlinovskiy urban settlement; to propose measures to improve the efficiency of the apparatus and the administration of Buturlinovskiy urban settlement. A conclusion about necessity of increase of efficiency of work of personnel of the municipal administration that should be provided by the organizational management of motivation and stimulation of personnel administration.
