In this article innovative process as system, as a part of the markets of innovations, innovations and investments is considered. The scheme of interaction of the market of innovations, the market of innovations and the market of investments and their structure is submitted. The place of the market of investments in innovative process is defined. It is established that realization of innovative processes in production and management positively influences all parties of development and activity of the enterprise.
