In article on the basis of system approach to the analysis of a security status of traffic critical evaluation of interaction of transport, road and human factors is given. As a typical example the actual material across the Voronezh region is analyzed. Analysis data visually testify to tendencies of expansion of scales of automobilization, increase at the same time numbers of road accidents of different severity. In this regard authors defined the main directions and set of the concrete factors which interaction is capable to improve radically a traffic security status, sharply to lower level of economic and social losses in scales of the country and its regions.
