This article deals with the management of the sector of housing and communal services in Russia at the present stage, identified the main problems occurring in this area, according to the Russian citizens, as well as presented the main priorities, goals and objectives of the state policy in the housing sector in the near future. Further, the work activity of the limited liability of the management company OOO «UK «Domservis - Balashikha»», revealed shortcomings in its organizational and economic activities, and proposed solutions to address them.
