One of the directions of increasing the efficiency of providing construction materials to construction companies implementing state targeted programs for the development of regional infrastructure is the use of territorial natural resource and production potential. For greater efficiency of target programs of development of regions, by involving in the economic activities of the territorial natural resource potential developed a new methodological approach which includes: a choice of efficiency of interaction; typing options for interaction mining and construction enterprises; the systematization of the factors influencing the efficiency of their interaction; complex estimation of influence of factors on the efficiency of interaction.

Modern practice of drilling and blasting operations at openpit coal mining enterprises testifies to the growing importance of specialized organizations in this area of activity to improve production efficiency. Therefore, the methodological basis for taking into account the influence of factors on the efficiency of interaction of sections by outsourcers in BVR was developed. The research substantiates four qualitatively different types of interaction between the participants of the BVR process at the enterprises of openpit coal mining. Indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the participation of sections, outsourcers in the organization of interaction during the BVR. Groups of factors influencing the effectiveness of their interaction during BVR were identified.

The development of copperporphyry deposits is promising to fill the diminishing reserves of non ferrous and precious metals. Large reserves of copper and associated elements, primarily gold, silver, molybdenum increase the economic feasibility of developing such deposits. The development of deposits in a certain sequence necessitates the preparation of multifactor models for the assessment of development. Comprehensive assessment models form a unified approach for each field. The models reflect the features of geographical location, availability of infrastructure, features of composition and physical properties of geological bodies of objects. The analysis of the geological and economic features for a choice of priority of development of copper porphyry deposits is carried out. Methodical provisions of efficiency increase of the organization of development of the corresponding geological objects are formulated. These approaches make it possible to comprehensively assess the parameters of field development taking into account the investment attractiveness.
