Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The issues of forming the image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation are related to the need to ensure their effective interaction with the population. Goal. Development of proposals to expand the tools for creating a positive image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation. Methodology. Methods of logical analysis of the experience of implementing tools for forming a positive image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation. Results and conclusions. The formation of a positive image of state civil and municipal employees in the Russian Federation is carried out strictly in accordance with the legal norms of Russian legislation. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of interaction with the population, taking into account the specifics of the requirements and activities of a particular employee of the Russian Federation and his image reputation. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the possibility of improving the effectiveness of personnel policy and public relations in the state civil and municipal service in the context of forming a positive image of state civil and municipal employees by eliminating the problem of limiting the interaction of these services in the organizational structure of government bodies. Scope of application. The sphere of personnel management and public relations in the state civil and municipal service.
