Relevance of the topic. The implementation of projects for the innovative renewal of technological processes in accordance with the requirements for the formation of technological sovereignty is a key factor in neo-industrialization. It is possible to develop technological entrepreneurship in the regions in the conditions of interaction between scientific and design organizations, manufacturing enterprises and state and local government bodies. The regions of Russia have accumulated some experience in intensifying technological entrepreneurship, which is discussed in this publication. Target. To systematize the experience of Russian regions in the development of technological entrepreneurship in order to identify the most effective methods for accelerating the implementation of innovative technologies. Methodology.
