Abstract
The development and implementation of digital technologies currently provides a significant share of the country's GDP increase. Throughout the world, such an assessment identifies the trend of digital transformation as promising and vital. Purpose. Analysis of production management processes: management of processes, resources, information, quality and personnel - in various areas of application of digital technologies in the Russian Federation. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific methods: statistical analysis and synthesis, generalization, a systematic approach. Results. An assessment of the use of digital technologies in the Russian Federation and European countries was carried out; A detailed analysis of the directions of digitalization of sectors of the national economy of the Russian Federation showed a sufficient degree of commitment to digital technologies in high-tech industries. Cases of the implementation of digital technologies at domestic enterprises in the real sector of the Russian economy have been studied. The experience of domestic corporations in the use of digital technologies, their advantages and implementation problems is considered. The analysis of the features of the use of digital technologies at domestic enterprises showed the predominant demand for technologies for collecting and processing big data, as well as digital design and modeling. The areas of production management that benefit most from digital innovations are process management and data management. Conclusions. Organization of production at industrial enterprises.
