Abstract

Relevance of the topic. In a dynamically changing economy, project activities are an important area of development for any enterprise seeking to increase its competitiveness. Modern projects, as a rule, have a complex and branched structure, which is a set of work (tasks, subprojects) performed sequentially or in parallel. Managing such projects in an unstable and changing market situation is quite a difficult task. Target. Development of a genetic algorithm for redistributing labor resources between individual works and attracting subcontracting resources to optimize the current project schedule. Methodology. The study was carried out based on mathematical modeling methods. Results and conclusions. Software developed on the basis of a genetic algorithm for redistributing labor resources between individual works and attracting subcontracted resources allows you to automate the process of redistributing your own and subcontracted resources to minimize additional costs for project implementation. Application area. The scope of development of the enterprise's project activities. Key words: project, network graph, control points, critical path, project deadline, deviation management, genetic algorithms.
