Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The article considers the topical issue of territorial differences of personnel provision in the realization of spatial development. Goal. Analysis of territorial differences in the formation of staffing in the realization of spatial development. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of the factors that form quantitative and qualitative characteristics of differences in the staffing of regions. Results and conclusions. On the basis of the analysis of the Federal State Statistics Service data it is determined that there is a need for a comprehensive approach to human resources potential and its development, as well as the fundamental importance of spatial development of territories in the issue of socio-economic development. Scope of application. Sphere of territories management.
