Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The need to update the algorithm for evaluating the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises in crisis conditions to ensure sustainable functioning and development. Goal. Updating of the algorithm for evaluating the efficiency of economic activity of enterprises of domestic industry. Methodology. Methods of logical analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of evaluating the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the problems of assessing the effectiveness of economic activity, a system of groups of performance indicators has been developed, a scheme reflecting the place of indicators in the management system has been developed. The key features of the development and implementation of an efficiency assessment strategy in accordance with the stages of building an assessment system are identified. Taking into account the specifics caused by the functioning of enterprises in crisis conditions, an up-to-date algorithm for evaluating the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises has been developed. The scope of application. Development and implementation of effective management in industrial enterprises.
