Abstract
The relevance of the problem. Currently, the method of on-the-job training - mentoring is very popular and is used in many companies, but they do not always have a full-fledged mentoring system. Often, the mentoring function is perceived by the staff without much enthusiasm, because it is imposed from above and does not have clear outlines. This, in turn, leads to a weakening of the corporate culture and non-compliance with the principles of corporate governance. Consequently, the development of a mechanism for the implementation and improvement of the mentoring system will increase the effectiveness of its application, which will lead to an increase in the competence of staff, their commitment to the values of the company and, as a result, to an increase in the level of corporate governance. Purposes. Development of models for improving the mentoring system in the company in order to ensure effective corporate governance. Methodology. The method of hierarchy analysis and the method of latent variables for individual expert evaluation were used. Results and conclusions. The mechanism for improving the corporate mentoring system, which includes an upgraded algorithm for implementing the corporate mentoring system and models for improving the corporate mentoring system: models for optimal distribution of students among mentors; a model for organizing incentives for mentors. The scope of application. The results obtained can be used in companies in personnel management to organize effective working conditions for mentors, beginners and staff in need of mastering new professional and corporate competencies.
