Abstract

The relevance of the topic. Innovation management is necessary in order to introduce and use new types of equipment, processes, through the implementation of measures aimed at the restoration, preservation and strengthening of the competitiveness of enterprises, ensuring the stability of their development in a crisis. Goal. Activation of innovation management processes in crisis conditions, which will contribute to ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of innovation management practices. Results and conclusions. Active management of innovation activity in crisis conditions ensures the competitive advantages of the enterprise. The updated system of indicators for assessing the level of innovation development will help enterprises optimize the management process of implemented innovations. This will also be facilitated by the introduction of domestic and foreign experience in managing product and other types of innovations at the micro-level of the economy. The scope of application. Enterprises striving for innovative development.
