The professional level of civil servants, its assessment, maintenance and improvement are among the priorities of the civil service at the present stage, the implementation of which is facilitated by professional development. Goal. Analysis of the system of professional development of state civil servants of the executive bodies of the Voronezh region and development of proposals for its improvement. Methodology. Method of theoretical analysis of the system of professional development of state civil servants of executive bodies of the Voronezh region. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current state of the professional development system in the state civil service in the executive bodies of the Voronezh region, shortcomings were identified and proposals were developed to eliminate them.
