MECHANISM FOR MANAGING REGIONAL INTERACTION OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER SUBJECTS

Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The use of technology transfer is necessary for the transfer of knowledge, technological solutions and intellectual property between parties for the purpose of further commercial use. This mechanism is an important tool for accelerating innovation and increasing the competitiveness of organizations. As part of technology transfer, participants can gain access to unique developments, optimized processes and advanced technologies, which helps reduce the time required to develop and introduce new products. In addition, this process allows reducing research and development costs by using ready-made innovative solutions on favorable transfer terms. Target. Conduct an analysis of the use of technology transfer for the further development of an organizational mechanism for interaction between subjects in the context. Methodology. The study was conducted using various methods. The method of logical analysis was used to identify relationships between various subjects of technology transfer, as well as to draw logical conclusions based on available modern information. The comparative analysis was aimed at identifying differences and similarities between technology transfer objects in order to identify main trends and patterns. The study of scientific publications made it possible to obtain additional data and points of view on the issue of technology transfer. Analysis of legislative and regulatory documents made it possible to assess the compliance of the technology transfer process under study with current legislation and regulatory requirements. Thus, the use of these methods and data sources contributed to a comprehensive study of the subject of research and the formation of a complete picture of the problem of technology transfer being studied. Results and conclusions. This scientific research material offers an analysis of innovative activity in the field of technology transfer in organizations in various regions of the Russian Federation. The number of organizations engaged in scientific research and technology development in various regions was studied. Patent applications and issued patents by organizations were analyzed, taking into account the federal districts of the Russian Federation. The results of the study make it possible to assess the dynamics of the development and use of advanced technologies in organizations of the Russian Federation, as well as to estimate the number of personnel engaged in scientific research and development, both throughout the country and in each individual federal district. Additionally, the study analyzed the number of graduate students and doctoral students involved in technology development in various regions of Russia. The dynamics of internal costs for financing scientific research and development in various regions of the country was examined. As a result of the analysis and assessment of the current state of regional interaction, trends and factors in the unstable development of digital technologies were identified. Based on the data obtained, proposals were formulated and justified to eliminate the problems of managing the innovative system of digital technology transfer at the regional level. Application area.
