Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The demographic situation in Russia is one of the most pressing socio-economic problems of society. Goal. To analyze the main documents in the field of demographic policy regulation in order to study the main focus, a set of targets and the degree of their implementation. Methodology. The following research tools are used: the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of comparison. Results and conclusions. The key normative legal acts regulating demographic policy in the territory of the Russian Federation were highlighted and described in detail. The implementation of family demographic policy is mostly aimed at families in difficult situations. In the future, the implementation of family policy in relation to the family should be based on a block of federal laws and regulations that ensure the activities of bodies of the state-political system that carry out targeted activities to strengthen and develop the family.
