Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that labor market research is closely related to ensuring the economic security of the country and its regions. Much attention to these issues is explained by the fact that the labor market is an integral part of the economic system of the regions and the country as a whole. And business demography indicators are socially significant indicators that can be used to judge national well-being, stability and effectiveness of economic transformations in the labor market. The purpose of the study. To study the labor market as an object of ensuring economic security based on business demography indicators. Methodology. The work uses methods of structural and functional analysis, multidimensional statistical and comparative analysis, traditional methods of economic analysis and synthesis. Results and conclusions. To ensure the economic security of the labor market, it is necessary to coordinate the parameters of economic security with the fundamentals of state, regional and municipal policy in the field of security and socio-economic development of the Russian Federation by studying business demography indicators that contribute to the formation of strategic development goals and the realization of the interests of small and medium-sized businesses, and their activation can be considered as a key factor in ensuring the desired the level of economic security. The scope of application. The practical significance of the study is due to the possibility of using the results obtained in the practical activities of public authorities within the framework of the formation of an institutional environment in the field of economic security.
