Despite the fact that there is currently a large pool of scientific research in the field of labor market research and, separately, economic security at the macro, meso- and micro levels, the economic security of the labor market is a fairly new and relevant area of research. Goal. To characterize the system of views on the process of ensuring economic security for the labor market. Methodology. The labor market has gone through a long path of evolutionary development and differs in a variety of worldview approaches, methods and research tools.
