Abstract

The relevance of the topic. The problem of updating the implementation of personnel policy in a structured unified system of public authority of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation is constantly increasing with the formation of a management system of a new structure. Goal. Analysis of the features of personnel policy on the scale of a unified system of public authority in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of regional HR policy management practices. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation, the problems of implementing cross-system interaction were formulated, the directions of sustainable functioning of mechanisms for implementing personnel policy in a unified system of public authority were formulated. The scope of application. The sphere of personnel management at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation.
