Abstract
The relevance of the topic. The sustainable development of science-intensive enterprises is largely determined by the quality of monitoring and controlling the sustainable development of its internal business processes. However, the current monitoring and controlling mechanisms are sporadic and not automated, and are based mainly on expert assessments, the reliability of which depends on the qualifications of the officials. The lack of a regular monitoring and controlling mechanism hinders the continuous transfer of systematic knowledge about the impact of systemic challenges on the sustainable development of science-intensive enterprises. Purpose. Analysis of the monitoring mechanism for challenges and threats to the dynamic development of science-intensive enterprises in high-tech industries. Methodology. General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, and classification) were used to structure information and identify key points. Statistical analysis methods were used to process a large amount of data, while graphical methods were used to visualize it. Systemic and comparative analysis were used to assess the overall problem and compare it with similar issues. Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the mechanism for monitoring challenges and threats to the dynamic development of science-intensive enterprises in high-tech industries, the authors identify trends and determinants of sustainable development monitoring, and formulate and justify proposals for developing a mechanism for monitoring challenges and threats to the dynamic development of science-intensive enterprises in high-tech industries.
