Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The need and practical significance of the study is to consider the problem of activating human resources as a key factor determining the effectiveness and competitiveness of the organization. Purpose. Establish on the basis of an analysis of regional practices that the successful activities of the organization are closely related to a scientifically reasoned approach to personnel management, in general, and the activation of human resources, in particular. Methodology. Methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and systematization, induction and deduction were used in the study and generalization of materials on the topic. Results and conclusions. Ways to improve the efficiency of the quality of human resources have been identified; results can be used in practical activities of heads of organizations. Scope. Management of municipal organizations, management of regional enterprises.
