PRINCIPLES, PATTERNS AND CONTRADICTIONS OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Relevance of the topic. Modern companies need a high-quality investment management mechanism adapted to the conditions of a new, digital reality. Complex theoretical, practical and methodological developments are required to implement such a mechanism in the context of digital interpretation of investment management. Purpose. Propose the author's methodology for the current analysis of the investment management mechanism at enterprises. The research methodology is based on analytical procedures for assessing the activities and investment processes of industrial enterprises. Results and conclusions. An analysis of the specifics of investment activities and an assessment of the current situation in the field of investment management allows us to conclude how realistic the investment management mechanism and its individual elements are, or whether additional developments are required to form and implement this mechanism. To assess the effectiveness of the investment mechanism, the author's research methodology was proposed. The results of the analysis confirm the need for additional measures to implement the investment management framework. Scope. The final results can be applied in the activities of industrial business entities that develop and implement investment management programs.
