Abstract

The method of prioritizing the development of innovative production at the regional level. With the help of which you can identify the most important factors that characterize the innovation activity of the Belgorod region. It is shown that the leading role in shaping the economic performance of innovative development of the Belgorod region is occupied by factors that characterize financial component of innovation, and determine more than 80% of all changes. At the same time the introduction of advanced manufacturing technologies is not always conducive to scaling up of production. Leading role in shaping the values of return on assets of the industrial organizations is the technological capacity of production. Accordingly, further investment in the innovative production of the Belgorod region will contribute to its development and growth of economic indicators.
