Abstract

This article argues that today, more productive solutions to overcome the trend of degradation of the regional rural economy is not a return to methods of work characteristic of the socialist mode of production, and focus on the development of agriculture and processing industry of high technology characteristic of the modern technological structures and providing an increase in removal food per unit of production involved in the resource.
