Abstract

In article the questions connected with the analysis of the theory of motivation of the personnel of managing subjects in modern conditions are considered. The most important aspect of motivation of work of the personnel acts as material and non-material ways of stimulation. In article we consider integration of theoretical aspect with practical aspect of process of motivation of work of the personnel we consider that for labor productivity level increase, material incentives play the major role motivations of the personnel.
