О справедливости в налогообложении доходов физических лиц

Abstract

The article deals with the current issues of building a fair system of income taxation of individuals in the formation of civil society. Theoretical approaches to the problem of social justice are investigated. From the standpoint of justice as the basic value of civil society, prospects for introducing progressive rates of tax on personal income (NDFL) are proved in Russia.
