Abstract

The complex assessment of the organization and management of post-reform development of regional economy. Particular attention is paid to the practical solution of complicated problems caused by the recent entry of Russia into the World Trade Organization (WTO). Guidelines and recommendations of the authors proceed from the objective necessity to resolve the complex problems that have accumulated at the level of the RF subjects. Strengthen attention to both their strategies and tactics from the government administration.
