At present, the problem of one-company towns are becoming increasingly important due to the scale of their distribution in Russia. After Russia’s WTO accession monotowns can relive the crisis. This paper presents an analysis of trends in the solution of the situation. Identified tools to create areas to ensure more effective management process development company towns in terms of integration of theory, methodology and practice.
