Abstract

In article the purposes and tasks, the general and specific principles of process of the organization, products and modeling schemes of the organization of consulting that allowed to allocate the mechanism of the organization of consultation of the company are considered. As a result of research we developed a matrix of an assessment of efficiency of accompanying training consultation. In work the technique of an assessment of efficiency of administrative consultation is offered when using accompanying training consultation which is based on traditional approaches to a consultation assessment through financial result and an expert assessment. Thus at the heart of an assessment the index of integrability reflecting coherence in an assessment of collaboration of staff of the enterprise and advisers lies. In the conclusion the reasons of the address of the Russian heads to services of advisers are established, the most characteristic tendencies in use of services of professional advisers of the last decade are defined XX century.
