Abstract

In article questions of interaction of the international and internal law are considered, the role of bodies of the constitutional justice of the Russian Federation in accomplishment of the international liabilities in the sphere of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person in the context of legislative changes concerning consideration is analyzed by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of cases of a possibility of execution of decisions of interstate body for protection of the rights and freedoms of the person
