Социально-экономические и организационно-управленческие механизмы развития региональной инновационной системы дополнительного образования

Abstract

The modern education is in the process of the dynamic changes caused by political, social and economic reforms. It should be noted that the additional education (AE) is the perspective and promptly developing segment of education market. The AE system can be considered as the fundamental mechanism in the course of self-development, self-determination and self-realization. Moreover, in the conditions of education system individualization the role of the additional education undoubtedly increases. Therefore, there is a need to ensure the new significant status of educational activity to institutions of additional education. It is reasonable to create an innovative AE system - a common educational space with the educational system of interacting objects performing strategic, tactical and operational management with the aim of creating and developing conditions for self-expression and positive socialization on public-private partnerships. The additional education should be a specially organized sustainable communication process in order to create the motivation for cognition and creativity, targeted education and training, supplementing the functionality of basic educational programs in the interests of the individual, society and the state.
