Профориентационная работа в вузах как объект социально-экономической политики: состояние и контуры оптимизации

Abstract

In the article actual problems of a condition and perfection of professional orientation work in modern Russian high schools as object of social and economic policy are considered and analyzed. Priority attention is paid to the analysis of the interrelationship between social and economic policy, the sphere of education and vocational guidance. The author's characteristic of the essence, specificity, structure and goals of vocational guidance work in universities is given. Formed forms and types of vocational guidance work of universities with applicants and students have been studied. The main directions of optimization of vocational guidance work are determined. The necessity of creating a federal and regional vocational guidance centers in Russia that can effectively manage the system of vocational guidance in the Russian Federation and its regions is substantiated.
