Проблемные аспекты построения образовательного процесса в контексте цифровой экономики

Abstract

The purposes and problems of professional self-realization and education of the person - one of the most important in the sphere of human activity and development of society in general. This thesis doesn’t demand confirmation if to consider expenses of time for study and work. In this regard the radical changes happening during the modern period can’t but affect also these spheres. In production of the human capital basic is an emphasis on «soft» skills: on the look width, ability to conduct a discussion, to variously present result, to communicate, work in teams. And then there is not only a question what we learn to (subject) but also as (technology) and where we learn (place). In article issues of creation of educational process at the university are discussed: what the university has to undertake to get rid of imitation in research activity; how to solve an interdisciplinarity problem at the university; how to create organizational culture and norms of effective activity at the university?
