Abstract
In article, theoretical and practical aspects of activity of institute of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation and Commissioners for Human Rights in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation in connection with development and strengthening of a state legal mechanism of protection of human rights in Russia are considered.
