Abstract

The article locates the need to develop and implement a special project management standard that takes into account the specifics of state and municipal management to effectively address the problems of national economic importance, the ability to assess qualifications in the field of project management in government and create conditions for increasing the number of state and municipal employees trained in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
