Abstract

Subject . The subject of the study is a set of provisions of a scientific and methodological nature regarding the interaction of public administration bodies and entrepreneurial structures in agriculture. Topic. At the present stage of development, the constant readiness and openness of public administration bodies for a constructive dialogue with entrepreneurial structures acts, on the one hand, as a response to the growing demands placed on economic activities, and on the other hand, as a tool to improve the living standards of the population. This trend should be supported by the regular improvement of both modern mechanisms for increasing the effectiveness of interaction between public administration bodies and entrepreneurial structures, and the development of an organizational instrument for its planning and institutional development. Purpose. The aim of the study is to develop scientific and practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the organization of interaction between public administration bodies and business entities in agriculture. Methodology. Methods were used such as: analysis and synthesis (to formulate basic definitions); a systematic approach (in the formation of a methodological approach to the organization of interaction between public administration bodies and entrepreneurial structures); induction and deduction (when studying the influence of institutional transformations on the structures under consideration); logical generalization method. Results. The article presents a conceptual approach to the organization of interaction between public administration bodies and entrepreneurial structures in agriculture based on the influence of industry specifics, with the subsequent determination of interaction targets. Applicationarea. The sphere of interaction between public administration bodies and entrepreneurial structures in agriculture at different levels of economic development. Conclusions . The implementation of the developed conceptual approach allows us to share interests in the interaction of public administration bodies and business entities, to develop a strategy. The author’s approach, based on the development of an appropriate mechanism, is aimed at developing cooperation between the structures in question.
