Abstract

Subject . Formation and implementation of state anticorruption policy in Russia at the present stage. The main trends of the anticorruption policy of the modern Russian state. Topic . State anticorruption policy in Russia. Purpose. Analysis of the main directions of the formation and implementation of state anticorruption policy in Russia at the present stage, determining the prospects for the development of state activity in this area. Methodology. Structural functional, systemic and statistical methods that allow to identify the fundamental principles of the study of anticorruption policy. Results . Based on the analysis of the main directions of the formation and implementation of the state anti corruption policy in Russia at the present stage, measures are proposed that ensure the development of the legal framework for combating corruption. Applicationarea. Planning anticorruption measures. Findings . Addressing the issues of combating corruption at the present stage requires the systematization and harmonization of the legislative framework, the development of systemic intersectoral relations and certain areas of the state anticorruption policy, as well as the prevention of conflicts of anticorruption legal norms.
