Abstract

Subject. Conditions for the introduction and implementation of the digital circuit in healthcare. Topic. Analysis and elimination of shortcomings identified in the implementation of the digital circuit in healthcare in the context of a coronavirus pandemic. Purpose. Analysis and elimination of shortcomings identified in the implementation of the digital circuit in healthcare in the context of a coronavirus pandemic. Analysis of health system needs in the context of a pandemic using a digital circuit. The author identifies the problems and shortcomings of the system development identified in a crisis situation. Methodology. A method for comparative analysis of statistical data and evaluation of the digital circuit in the context of a coronavirus pandemic. Results. The article analyzes and evaluates the state of implementation of the digital circuit project in healthcare, identifies the unaccounted for needs of healthcare organizations and the population when using the system. Solutions are proposed, including the need to implement additional modules that were not included in the initial design of the system to meet the identified needs. Applicatonarea. Conclusions.The process of introducing and implementing the digital circuit in healthcare requires further development, in particular, the connection of the module for the rapid collection of statistical reports in automatic mode, the development and implementation of the knowledge base module, the development of a regulatory framework and methods for its implementation in the accreditation of medical institutions that provide online health services.
