The relevance of the topic. The development of small business is one of the key strategic government objectives. In this context, the digitalization of small businesses is an important component of overall economic progress, requiring predictive analysis and assessment of the level of digital development. Goal. Statistical analysis of the comparative level of progress in the digitalization of small businesses. Methodology. System analysis, comparisons, induction, as well as tabular processing and visualization of research results. Results and conclusions. The work established that, in general, the implementation of digital technologies in small businesses is at the average level for the economy. A more detailed analysis established that the main application of digital technologies for small businesses is the leisure, entertainment, sports, culture sector, as well as the repair of personal and household goods. In other respects, including in the manufacturing industry, the level of digital development of small organizations is below average for all sectors of the economy. This is due to the predominant concentration of small businesses in Russia in trade. The study showed that the most technologically advanced small companies in digital terms are concentrated in the areas of providing repair services and providing leisure. Scope of application. Small business, the area of control and analysis of structural development of the economy and digitalization.

The relevance of the topic. Based on international experience, when in a number of developed countries small and medium-sized businesses play an important economic role, Russia adopted the Strategy for the Development of the SME Sector until 2030. In order to accelerate the process of small business in Russia reaching the level of compliance with global trends, the Strategy includes a number of target indicators, the achievement of which guarantees the fulfillment of the main economic goals of the next decade. Goal. Monitoring the parameters of the current progress of the SME Development Strategy until 2030, including at the regional level. Methodology. A large array of data has been collected characterizing the current level of implementation of the tasks set in the Strategy 2030. Particular attention is paid to the regional aspect of the study, for which cluster analysis was used. Results and conclusions. It has been established that the intermediate targets have not been achieved for most indicators. This gives grounds to believe that the final target parameters by 2030 will not only not be overcome, but may also remain at the initial level of 2014, which can be asserted based on retrospective dynamics. Cluster analysis has allowed us to establish that less economically prosperous territories are characterized by a higher degree of distribution of small and medium-sized enterprises in the economy. This indicates the social orientation of small business. Scope of application. Analysis of the current implementation of strategic plans for the development of Russia. Keywords: employment, regional differentiation, SMEs, turnover, intermediate results, development strategy, targets.

The relevance of the topic. The need for a qualitative assessment of the implementation of the current stage of waste management reform in Russia, both at the state and regional levels. Goal. Analysis of the impact of «garbage reform» on the dynamics of statistical indicators in the field of industrial and consumer waste management. Methodology. Application of such methods of general scientific knowledge as analysis and synthesis, graphical and tabular, as well as mathematical and statistical methods (regression). Results and conclusions. Regression analysis showed a direct dependence of the volume of waste generation on economic growth in the country, which is explained by the high share of mining in the formation of waste volume in the country. The volume of waste generation is rapidly increasing, despite the planned reduction and increase in the environmental responsibility of enterprises and the population. Waste processing is developing at a faster pace, however, after processing, waste is mainly sent to landfill without subsequent recycling. Although the recycling rate also shows an increasing trend. Analysis of indicators at a regional level showed significant differentiation in the level of waste management: preferential development remains with the capital region. Scope of application. Sphere of environmental management and waste management regulation.
