Rticle is devoted to the analysis of actual accents of strategic management of development of municipalities in the territory of which there are SPNR on materials of the Krasnodar region. SPNR are considered as a strategic resource of development of municipalities. The result of this study is the recommendations about a strategic management of development of municipalities. Recommendations are based on «Ecological model of local development».

In article problems of development of local communities are considered. The main theories of economic growth in a context of their use for development of local communities are analysed. The structure of base requirements of local communities is reasonable. Definite purposes of planning of economic development of local communities on the basis of requirements.

In article problems of formation of corporate culture of the Russian enterprises are considered. It is shown that the aspiration to closeness of the enterprises and orientation to pessimistic scenarios of development is deprived by the enterprises of possibility of effective strategic development. The general rules which to adhere the enterprises in the conditions of crisis are formulated.
