The process of refusal of the state control over the social sphere and the increasing role of socially responsible companies can be represented in the form of historical stages. The development of corporate social responsibility in Russia has become the basis for the revision of traditional views on social policy toward the expansion of range of its subjects and reducing the state’s role in solution of socio-economic problems.
