The study of social development needs, the mechanism of its formation and implementation is currently of great practical value associated with the selection and adjustment of the evolution of the economy at the level of regulation of the national economy. In this paper we consider a system of macroeconomic indicators of innovative state or regional economic innovation (innovative renovation of production, innovative products, innovative state of economic development, the development of innovative potential of the territory).
