At present, the problem of corporate social responsibility to actively discussed in the business and academic circles. One of the effective-tive forms of interaction between government, business and society is a social partnership, but an analysis of Russia’s experience shows the legal framework regulating this interaction is not fully correspond to modern requirements. This article analyzes the effectiveness of the interaction between government, business and society in contemporary Russia.

The article discusses the need for policy development participation of business and government to solve economic and social problems.
