In modern conditions the development of economic entities and reforming the economy associated with the transition to the innovation way of development. One of the most important means of meeting this challenge is the integration of innovation, investment and production with a view to establishing a single coherent innovation-production system, which should ensure the implementation of innovative projects and bring them to new products and services in an innovative way to reduce delays at all stages of the life cycle of new products This article assumes the development problems of the innovation capacity of businesses.
