Analysis of scientific approaches to ensure the economic security of enterprises indicates a lack of a systematic approach to solving this problem. Skeleton of organization for production and business systems was proposed to take administrative centers. The basis of the joint-economically secure functioning administrative center is the harmonization of the factors of production-plant forming value-added products and the utmost loss reduction.
