In article one of ways of increase of fertility of poor substrata of industrial dumps of Kursk magnetic anomaly — formation of layered substrata with a buried fertile layer is reasonable. It has considerable advantages in comparison with a zemlevaniye for a wood rekultivatsiya of the broken lands.
