The article analyzes the current state of fisheries in Russia and Central Black Soil Region, the basic problems of small business in the field of fisheries and aquaculture. For the prediction of quantitative growth of small businesses used a multivariate regression analysis, predictions were made as trend indicators. The conclusion of necessity artificial, external stimulation of development of small business in regional fisheries.
