In the article the factors of investment attractiveness of innovating organizations. The system makes it possible to arrange the factors determinants of investment attractiveness of innovative organizations. On the basis of such a system can be built prioritized a number of factors at different levels and assess their reciprocal influence. For each of the investment activity here exist their specific investment attractiveness factors that can be identified and expert methods to calculate the degree of importance.
